Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów eksploatacyjnych do drukarek, faksów, urządzeń wielofunkcyjnych, dostawa drobnego sprzętu oraz TŚM – gdzie cena jednostkowa jednego urządzenia nie może przekraczać 10 000,00 zł brutto. Szczegółowy zakres oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawierają następujące załączniki:
- formularze ofertowe dla zadań nr: 1-3 stanowiące załączniki nr 1.1 – 1.3 do SWZ;
- wzór umowy stanowiący załącznik nr 2 do SWZ;
- opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiący załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
