— l'accord-cadre à bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum a pour objet de définir les conditions et modalités de recherche de ressources nécessaires à la réalisation de prestations intellectuelles informatiques et télécom. Il a également pour objet la réalisation sous la responsabilité du titulaire de la réalisation desdites prestations;
— les titulaires mettront à disposition un moteur de recherches de profils (plate-forme d’intermédiation) qui permettra à la RATP de présélectionner et pré-qualifier des compétences nécessaires à la réalisation des prestations;
— il est attribué à trois titulaires et donnera lieu à une remise en concurrence lors de la survenance du besoin.
