Description

This call for tenders concerns the performance of inspections for the management and maintenance of Dutch buildings abroad for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Directorate 3W.
The aim of the contract is to establish a single framework agreement with two suppliers for the performance of inspections in the field of management and maintenance of buildings abroad.
In view of the changing vision and maintenance policy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is more obliged than ever to better manage and maintain or make its buildings fit for a sustainable future where resources are best used and people can stay safe and healthy. In addition to a multi-annual maintenance plan that is conditioned, multi-annual implementation reporting should be provided based on the following aspects: safety, health, usability, energy efficiency, environment and social importance.
