The subject of the construction project is the core rehabilitation and extension of the town hall of Siegburg. The building consists of three components: — Component A (base floor + 4 upper floors) – Component B (base level + 5 upper floors + reinforcement – C basement component + 2 upper floors The building has been placed in the carcass condition after refurbishment and dismantling, it is a reinforced concrete skeletal construction. This procurement procedure includes the heating and cooling system lot. Description of the main deliverables: 2 brine/water – heat pumps a 140 kW 1 gas boiler 66 tube radiators 63 plan radiators 17 plan valve radiators heating tubing: 2 500 m copper pipes 500 m stainless steel 200 m multilayer combined pipe cold pipe: 550 m stainless steel 300 m PEHD 4 300 m PP-R 8 Heating 7 pumps cold start of work: preferably 4./5. KW 2024, completion of works: mandatory 51. KW 2024, at the latest on the last working day of that KW
