Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the municipality of Markowa, in the villages of Markowa, Husów, Tarnawka in the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. The contract will be implemented in such a way as to ensure that appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced. Throughout the entire period of performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 1) Collection and management of municipal waste collected from owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Markowa, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and the Environment of May 10, 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2021, item 906), such as: unsorted (mixed) municipal waste; the fraction comprising paper and paperboard; glass fraction (colourless and coloured glass packages); metals and plastics fraction (metals, metal packaging, plastics, plastic packaging, multi-material packaging); bio-waste fraction (i.e. biodegradable garden and park waste, household food and kitchen waste); the out-of-date fraction (selectively collected at collection points for out-of-date medicines); 2) Running a Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK). 3) Receipt of municipal waste delivered by residents of the Municipality of Markowa to PSZOK The detailed description of the subject of the contract specifies: 1) Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) – constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ 2) Draft provisions of the public procurement contract (model contract) – constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ
