Description

The contract was divided into thirty-eight lots. Pursuant to Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15 and 16 of this contract, the Contractor must carry out the following activities in a qualitative and timely manner, in full compliance with the legislation in force and with the requirements of the Contracting Authority: Exercising construction supervision during construction until acceptance and commissioning of the construction - subject of the contract in the mandatory scope regulated in the Spatial Development Act, by-laws on its implementation and other relevant normative documents; Carrying out an assessment of the compliance with the basic requirements for construction works of all parts of the investment project, prepared if necessary by amendments to the approved investment project within the scope of the significant deviations under Article 154(2) of the Spatial Development Act during the construction, for the construction - subject of the contract, in volume and content in accordance with the Spatial Development Act, including an assessment of the compliance and technical control of part Constructive in accordance with Article 142(10) of the Spatial Development Act if necessary, and preparing a comprehensive report on the conformity assessment carried out;
