Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l'achat, l'installation et la maintenance du parc de défibrillateurs automatisés externes dans les ERP et les ateliers municipaux de la ville de Saint-Denis. La présente consultation est passée sous la forme d'un appel d'offres ouvert en application des dispositions de l'article R. 2124-2 du CCP. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire (articles R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 du CCP) sans montant minimal et avec des montants maximaux par période par lot qui s'exécutera par émission de bons de commande successifs (articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du CCP). Le présent accord-cadre concerne les lots suivants:
— lot 1: acquisition défibrillateurs cardiaques automatisés externes DAE (maintenance, achat de pièces et formation);
— lot 2: pièces + maintenance préventive pour les appareils de marque Samaritan;
— lot 3: pièces + maintenance préventive.
