Palatikorpuse ja Verekeskuse rekonstrueerimistööde omanikujärelevalve teenus, et saavutatud oleks Põhja-Eesti Regionaalhaigla kinnistutel, aadressidel
a) J. Sütiste tee 19, Tallinn, osutatavat tervishoiuteenust häirimata ja takistamata rekonstrueerimistööde raamhankelepingute baasil sõlmitavate hankelepingute poolteks olevate ehitustööde töövõtjate ning
b) Ädala 2, Tallinn, projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde hankemenetluse „Verekeskuse hoone rekonstrueerimise projekteerimis- ja ehitustööd (236906)“ tulemusel sõlmitava ehitustööde hankelepingu pooleks oleva ehitustööde peatöövõtja kohustuste etapiviisilise täitmise tulemus, mille kaudu saab võimalikuks Tellija poolt kavandatud tervishoiuteenuste osutamine tervishoiuteenuste korraldamise seaduse tähenduses ning kavandatud riiklikult tähtsa verekomponentide tootmise ja säilitamise tegevuse osutamine
