Description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services which include:
(a) expansion of the system – implementation of changes and extensions of the LAS,
(b) the administration and monitoring of the hardware and programme infrastructure of the central LAS system in P-COPD and Z-COPD,
(C) system maintenance – provision of user support and ongoing maintenance of the central LAS system,
(D) providing the IDS subscription and ensuring its extension,
(e) system modification – carrying out ongoing LAS modifications resulting from changes in LP business processes and from the system’s adaptation to the requirements of national law and EU directives;
(F) making Z-ESD available together with the necessary infrastructure at the External Data Processing Centre.
The terms and abbreviations used in the ToR mean:
(a) COPD – Central Data Processing Centre,
(b) P-COPD – Basic Central Data Processing Centre, located in Warsaw ul. Warsaw Battle 1920 No 3,
(C) Z-COPD – backup Central Data Processing Centre, located in Sękocinie Starym ul. Foresters 21,
(D) LAS – a basic component of SILP supporting the transaction bases of organisational units of State Forests (LP),
(e) SILP – State Forest Information System, understood as the whole software supporting LP (forest registry, LAS, other central subsystems: data warehousing, online timber sales systems, aggregated reporting of the regional directorate of State Forests [RDLP] and Directorate-General for State Forests [DGLP], etc.),
(F) Subscribe to IDS – Software Subscription and Support service for software owned by the Contracting Authority,
(g) ESD – LAS subsystem for the electronic sale of timber,
(H) Z-ESD – an external application of the electronic timber sales subsystem made available to an external customer on the Internet network.
