Description

The project concerns the construction of an EHPAD of 204 accommodation beds (classical and disorientated, dementient or Alzheimer) and 28 PASA places (pole of adapted activities and care).
this reconstruction also includes the central kitchen and all the services necessary for operation (laundry, general services, etc.).
The planned surface area is approximately 9 000 m², or approximately 11 000 m² SDP, ground area approximately 15 000 square metres.
the amount of the envelope allocated by the project manager for the works is EUR 16.5 million (excl. tax).
The project management contract will be a basic task in accordance with the Decree of 29-11-1993 (sketch, aps, apd, pro, act, visa, det, AOR) with compulsory additional tasks: quantitative requirements for invitations to tender (EQD), coordination ssi (ssi) and summary (Syn).
HQE approach: an environmental diagnosis will be attached to the programme setting out the performance levels targeted. Labelling Mediterranean Durable Buildings or equivalent may be sought. The design team must have a command of all technical and financial tools (material impacts, escape study, thermo dynamic simulations, determination of operating and maintenance costs, return times, sorting, etc.).
The estimated duration of the contract is: 12 months of studies and 24 months of work including site preparation.
The studies are planned to be launched in order to: March – April 2015.
