Description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of antivirals (CPV code: 33600000-6 products
pharmaceuticals, 33651400-2 antivirals for systemic use) to the Contracting Authority
(ul. Smoluchowski 18, 80-214 Gdańsk) broken down into 4 product packages.
2. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, the range and the quantity are given in Annexes 1.1 to 1.4.
to the Specifications of the Essential Contract Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Specifications) and
an integral part of the ToR.
3. As part of the price of the tender, the Contractor delivers the goods ordered to the Contracting Authority’s premises (ul.
Smoluchowski 18, 80-214 Gdańsk) – Aptek Szpitalna.
4. The Contracting Authority allows partial tenders, i.e. for packages freely chosen by the Contractor.
