Description

The subject of the contract is: development of data processing and storage infrastructure consisting in the supply, implementation and support of rack servers and accelerator cards, for the needs of the AI system. The subject of the contract was divided into the basic contract and the right of option, i.e.: Under the basic contract: The contractor will deliver, implement and provide support for 1 rack server and 2 rack servers. Accelerator cards and 1 internal interconnect (2-track), as described in Annex 1 to the draft Agreement - SOPZ. Under the right of option: The Contractor will provide, implement and support 2 accelerator cards and 1 internal interconnect (4-track), as described in Annex 1 to the draft Contract - SOPZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, quality requirements, technical requirements (parameters and functionalities) can be found in the draft contract (with its annexes) constituting an Annex to the FTZ. Pursuant to Article 133(3) of the Public Procurement Act, due to the protection of the confidential nature of the information contained in Annex 1 (SOPZ), the Contracting Authority may not make the above-mentioned part of the PZP available on the website of the procedure. In the contract notice and the procurement documents, the contracting authority specified the method of access to that information and the requirements relating to the protection of its confidential nature. In order to receive information of a confidential nature, the Contractor must submit to the following e-mail address: lucyna.wdowikchlebek@cui.wroclaw.pl in electronic form Confidentiality Agreement.
