Description

1. The subject of the contract is: Delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of equipment for courtrooms and equipment for friendly hearing rooms for the courts of the Rzeszów Appeal: 1) Primary order: • delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of equipment to courtrooms in 7 courts:  Regional Court in Rzeszów – 3 hearing rooms;  Leżajsk District Court – 3 hearing rooms;  Strzyżów District Court – 1 courtroom. 2) Right of option: • delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of equipment to courtrooms in 14 courts:  Leżajsk District Court – 2 hearing rooms;  Łańcut District Court – 6 courtrooms;  Ropczyce District Court – 3 hearing rooms;  Strzyżów District Court – 3 hearing rooms • delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of equipment in 4 friendly hearing rooms:  Rzeszów District Court – 1 friendly hearing room;  Jarosław District Court – 1 friendly hearing room;  Jasło District Court – 1 friendly hearing room;  Brzozów District Court – 1 friendly hearing room. The subject-matter of the contract shall include in particular: delivery of technical equipment together with software for the digital recording of court hearings, installation, implementation, commissioning and warranty service and technical support in the rooms indicated for modernisation;  delivery, installation and commissioning of technical devices with software, as well as installation, implementation and warranty service and technical support of the audio-video recording system for a friendly Interrogation Room. The detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 1 (Description of the subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ) and Annex No. 1.1 to this FTZ - which is also a Price Form.
