The subject of the contract is the successive supply (delivery by tankers) of diesel fuel to the Ordering Party in an estimated amount of 140,000 liters per year. The Ordering Party reserves that the estimated amount of fuel supplied per year is indicative, adopted on the basis of the quantities currently ordered by the Ordering Party. Actual quantities may differ from the indications given in the procedure and will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.
