Description

The subject-matter of the contract shall include: Supply of equipment high, medium and low voltage - 110 kV, equipment primary and secondary switching 11 kV and switchboards 0.4 kV, according to the Technical Specification. The equipment to be offered must comply with the parameters specified in the specification. The working projects in part 110kV (equipment specification) are coordinated with ESO EAD. That mark of equipment may not be replaced. Pursuant to Article 133(4) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority sets the maximum shortened time limit for the receipt of tenders, namely 15 days from the date on which the notice is sent. Reasons for shortening the time limit for receipt of tenders: The connection of the newly built 110kV ORU (open distribution system) in the company (for which the supplied equipment is needed) to the National Energy System must take place in June, when Toplofikatsia-Sliven-Eng. Angel Angelov EAD is undergoing annual planned repairs.
