Providing infrastructure maintenance and refurbishment activities on the open-access railway track network operated by MÁV Pályaoperationi Zrt. as AK in accordance with the 2005 Railway Transport Act: CLXXXIII. tv. Under Section 11(8) to (9), the infrastructure manager is responsible for the operation, operation, including maintenance and renewal, of the railway track network it operates. In connection with the operation of the infrastructure, the need to carry out various civil works and other related ancillary tasks in connection with the maintenance, renewal and construction of railway tracks in the AK’s area of operation is continuous.
