Maintain and provide veterinary care to homeless animals taken from the area of the City of Zduńska Wola in 2027 and 2028.
The subject of the contract is to maintain and provide veterinary care to homeless animals caught from the area of the City of Zduńska Wola in 2027 and 2028 1) to provide housing for homeless animals in appropriate conditions: a) with protection against adverse weather conditions, i.e. rain, snow, sun, wind; with adequate lighting; the separation of aggressive animals from non-aggressive animals; up to two individuals of the opposite sex in the case of large animals and up to four in the case of small animals may be accommodated in one room; the enclosure shall have masonry kennels and an animal enclosure; 2) ensure that animals from the area of the City of Zduńska Wola are placed in boxes with animals with similar characteristics, which will eliminate bites; 3) ensuring that homeless animals are fed in a way that provides them with a daily portion of drinking water and food intended for animals, which will correspond to the nutritional needs of the animal, in accordance with the rules in force in this matter; 4) to provide veterinary care to homeless animals in such a way as to take at all times all necessary steps to protect them from risks to their life and health, care and medical treatments, including castration, sterilization and slumbering of blind litters, carried out by a veterinarian; 5) keeping records of homeless animals (residence book) containing: a description of its appearance (e.g.; race, sex, size, colour), b) date of his admission, c) history of his stay (e.g.; treatments, vaccinations, places of adoption, death, etc.); 6) keeping photographic documentation of homeless animals and providing it at every request of an employee authorized by the Ordering Party; 7. keep a register with the box numbers and chip numbers of the animals inside in order to ensure that they can be identified quickly; 8) provide veterinary care in the cases specified by the Ordering Party, which includes: a 15-day quarantine of the animal; the administration of pharmaceuticals to remove internal and external parasites; administration of pharmaceuticals in the form of prophylactic vaccines as indicated by the veterinarian for the animal; vaccination against rabies immediately after quarantine; permanent marking, by implantation of an electronic microchip under the skin of the animal by the veterinarian immediately after admission to the hotel/shelter; f) castration of an adult, if there are no contraindications of the veterinarian; 9) searching for and acquiring people willing to take care of homeless animals (the predispositions of people willing to adopt should be assessed, information about the animal, rules of care, its needs, habits and habits should be given to the adopters); 10) immediately inform the employee authorized by the Ordering Party during the working hours of the Technical Infrastructure Office about the provision of the service consisting in taking a homeless animal from the City to a hotel / shelter no later than the next working day; (11) the provision of veterinary care to the animal in such a way as to take all necessary steps at all times to prevent a threat to its life, health and the application of medical treatment in order to return to the fullest possible health and to regain the fullest possible fitness; 12) catching homeless animals at the request of a person authorized by the Ordering Party immediately, not later than two hours after handover by telephone from the area of the City of Zduńska Wola, and providing them with transport in accordance with applicable law, in particular to use devices and means that do not pose a threat to life, health, and do not cause suffering to the animals caught. Catching an animal means catching one piece of an animal, with the proviso that a bitch or a kitten with a blind litter is treated as one piece. The Contracting Authority will not cover the costs of the Contractor, related to arrival on call, in case of non-location and non-catching of the animal; 13) taming, caring for the appearance of the animal, including caring for the hair and preparing animals caught from the area of the City of Zduńska Wola, for adoption, including conducting adoption actions, through social media; 14) providing the Ordering Party with a report on the tasks performed in the previous month (number of animals caught from the area of the City of Zduńska Wola with an indication of the reporting persons, the street and the date of their catching); (15) systematically displaying a photograph of the caught animal on their websites and social networks, indicating the date and place of capture; 16) ensuring the availability of the service for people interested in adopting animals from a shelter or receiving a lost animal by the owner obligatorily: - from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00, - on Saturdays from 9:00 to 12:00, In the case of submitting a statement in the offer: - from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, - on Saturdays from 9:00 to 15:00,
