Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa elementów tras kolejek podwieszanych dla WĘGLOKOKS KRAJ S.A. KWK Bobrek w 2024 roku (grupa mat. 295-20) do oddania, do ruchu kolejnych odcinków torów do jazdy ludzi i tras do zbrojenia i likwidacji ścian. Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia sektorowego prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie przepisów ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. - Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 z późn. zm.), zwanej dalej „PZP”. Zamawiający, na podstawie art. 393 ust. 1 pkt 4) PZP, odrzuci ofertę, w której udział produktów pochodzących z państw członkowskich Unii Europejskiej, państw, z którymi Unia Europejska zawarła umowy o równym traktowaniu przedsiębiorców lub państw, wobec których na mocy decyzji Rady stosuje się przepisy dyrektywy 2014/25/UE, nie przekracza 50%. Zamawiający, zastosował procedurę odwróconą badania i oceny ofert, o której mowa w art. 139 ustawy PZP.
