Description

‘Supply of fish and fishery products for the needs of social services on the territory of the municipality of Svishtov’, with the following lots: Lot 1 – Fish and fishery products; Lot 2 – Organic food products – canned fish. Description of the subject of the contract: Delivery of fish and fish products for the needs of social services on the territory of Svishtov municipality by lots. Deliveries will be made 2 (two) times a week, within the established working hours of the respective site, after submitting a written request (by e-mail) the previous week for the required quantities of products by authorized persons from the said institutions. In the case of deliveries of individual types of food products/goods, the requirements for their packaging as set out in the technical specifications of the lots must be complied with. Each delivery must be certified by a document showing the date of manufacture of the product and its expiry date. All food products must comply with the quality requirements, the standards of the respective producers and the current regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU regulations regulating the production, supply and transport of food products in the country. The quantities of fish and fishery products indicated in the technical specifications for the lots are estimated (indicative) and not constant for the period of implementation of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of the respective food products and goods within the framework of the performance of the contract, as well as not to state the entire assortment in connection with the actual need for consumption of the serviced objects.
