Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa nowego robota chirurgicznego do siedziby Zamawiającego.
2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje:
1) wykonanie projektu wzmocnienia stropu wraz z uzyskaniem pozwolenia na budowę,
2) wykonanie wzmocnienia stropu,
3) dostawę fabrycznie nowego, wyprodukowanego po 1 stycznia 2023 r. robota chirurgicznego wraz z wyposażeniem i akcesoriami wraz z montażem, uruchomieniem oraz wykonaniem niezbędnych testów oraz kalibracji,
4) przeprowadzenie szkoleń personelu Zamawiającego w zakresie obsługi urządzenia medycznego o którym mowa w pkt. 3 powyżej,
5) demontaż wraz ze sprzedażą posiadanego przez Zamawiającego starego robota chirurgicznego da Vinci typ Si HD rok produkcji 2010, nr fabryczny SH0550, producent Intuitive Surgical.
