In the heart of Elsinore's city centre, U/NORD S/I (hereinafter "Bygherre") wishes to realise a school home for approximately 45 students associated with the boatbuilder and sailmaker education at the Maritime Development Centre. The school home should not only be a place where students live in the weekdays, but also a place where they feel at home, integrated into the urban environment and the local community. The competition participants must come up with a proposal for a robust, architectural overall approach that meets the project's vision, goals, design criteria and requirements.
