Description

BM No 08.4303 Wiesbaden Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) – Remediation of fire protection site W1
Discipline: Property planning services in accordance with § 33 HOAI, LPH. 4 – 9
The aim of the planned construction measure is to renovate the existing buildings from fire protection.
A, B, UG A/B, C, I/K, L, R of the BKA at the Wiesbaden site 1.
The focus here is structural fire protection, and in some cases a pollution load must be dealt with (a corresponding pollutant catalyst is available).
The refurbishment is to be carried out in day-to-day operation.
It is assumed that the 22 alternative workstations available will make it possible to rehabilitate almost completely.
The renovations have been grouped into 3 priorities, with only safe escape from the individual buildings by addressing the shortcomings of priority I and II.
In broad terms, this means:
Priority I.
Includes the creation of safe stairwells with direct exit into the open air.
Priority II.
Includes the refurbishment of fire partitions to create different sizes but safe use units or fire compartments.
Priority III.
Includes all fire safety deficiencies found within the above-mentioned use units/fire sections (e.g. separation of photocopier rooms, stores, decentralised ventilation systems, etc.).
In this procedure, planners have been searched for, who can start processing immediately after commissioning.
The activities will be carried out under priority I and II.
The project stages are as follows:
Authorisation planning, execution planning, tendering for works, site monitoring/documentation and site management.
The current timetable foresees the completion of the actions by the end of 2019.
The service phases up to 3 have already been completed and a fire protection concept is also in place.
The authors have the possibility to apply under this procedure.
The construction works are subject to high safety requirements.
The Contractor’s (AN) staff must be prepared to undergo a security check by the Wiesbaden BKA.
The planning services are to be provided on the basis of the present ES – Construction or EW – Construction. This was made available digitally to the bidders with the invitation to tender.
