1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie napraw na czwartym poziomie utrzymania podzespołów do lokomotyw elektrycznych serii EU/EP07. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na trzy odrębne części. 3. Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. – Prawo zamówień publicznych (t. j. Dz.U. z 2023 r., poz. 1605 ze zm.), zwanej dalej „ustawą Pzp” lub "Pzp". Przedmiotowe zamówienie jest zamówieniem sektorowym. 4. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące zamówienia zawiera SWZ i załączniki do SWZ, stanowiące jej integralną część.
