Description

Consultation launched by a group of orders. The framework agreement will be implemented through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Each lot will be awarded separately. According to the European regulation n°2023/822 of 17 April 2023 extending the European regulation n°461/2010 of 27/05/2010 we mean by spare parts "d'origine" distributed by the OEMs, spare parts which are not supplied to the car manufacturer concerned but are nevertheless manufactured according to the specifications and manufacturing standards provided by the latter. The OEM supplies these parts to independent spare parts distributors or directly to repairers. "Spare parts" means spare parts of equivalent quality to the original part; distributed by the OEMs, parts whose quality corresponds to the quality of the components used for the assembly of the vehicle in question, but which are not manufactured by the OEMs in accordance with the specifications and manufacturing standards provided by the car manufacturer. However, they meet the manufacturer's quality requirements.
