1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of network connection services for the Wielkopolskie Province Office (the Contracting Authority) between the following locations: — Poznań, ul. Kościuszki 95, hereinafter referred to as Head Office and Branches: — Poznań, ul. Kazimierz Wielki 24/26, – Poznań, pl. Freedoms 17, – Piła, al. Independence 33/35, – Piła, ul. Children of Poland 26, – Konin, al. 1 May 7, – Kalisz, ul. Collegial 4, – Leszno, pl. Church 4. Connections must guarantee Branch-Headquarter connectivity. 2. Definitions used in the following description: The access link (LD) is used to connect the Branch or Central Office to the Service Provider’s node. Access Device (UD) – Device (or group of equipment) owned and managed by the Contractor, located in each Branch and Headquarters. It is the termination of the LD link and provides a contact (S) (one even if it is a group of equipment) ensuring the connection of the Contracting Authority’s equipment or network. — Contact (S) – FastEthernet 10/100 Mb/s interface, located at the indicated location in the Branch or Central Office, ending with the RJ-45 socket. 3. Connection parameters: — LD link capacity: between each Branch and 4Mbps Central Office with 2 Mbps guarantee (in both directions), excluding locations: Poznań, ul. Kazimierz Wielki 24/26 and Piła, al. Independence 33/35, where 2Mb/s capacity is required with 1 Mbps guarantee (both directions) – Styk S must provide the possibility to connect the router (in a single port) owned and managed by the Contracting Authority. — The links provided must not be limited to the volume of data to be transmitted and the type of service (in particular for TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) communication between each Branch and Head Office, including the possibility of matching VPN IPSec (Virtual Private Network) channels between the Contracting Authority’s facilities). The contracting authority requires that the solution provided allows communication between the Contracting Authority’s equipment (Central – Branch) using IP addresses in line with the pool specified in RFC 1918. Details of the ranges of IP addresses to be used will be determined by the Contracting Authority during the technical consultation before the equipment is put into operation. 4. Guarantee of the quality of the services provided: — Possibility to report accidents 24 hours a day seven days a week. 8 hours after notification by the Contracting Authority. The total time of unavailability of the service per year shall not exceed 48 hours. 5. The Contractor must ensure that all connections are provided by a single operator. 6. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to agree to the proposed scope of assembly and installation works for the provision of connections, in particular concerning interference with façades and roofs of buildings. The Contracting Authority’s disagreement does not delay the start of operations.
