Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. La description des prestations est détaillée dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Les prestations seront rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires fixés dans le bordereau des prix. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter du 01/09/2025, ou de la date de notification du contrat si celle si est postérieure, renouvelable trois fois par période annuelle successive. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans
