Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa urządzeń medycznych dla potrzeb Katedry i Kliniki Otorynolaryngologii Chirurgio Głowy i Szyi Warszawskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego, w ramach dotacji celowej pt. Dostosowanie pomieszczeń ambulatoryjnych WUM do interdyscyplinarnych prac b+r, w podziale na nw. pakiety:
Pakiet 1 Tor wizyjny z zestawem endoskopów laryngologicznych – 1 kpl.
Pakiet 2 Mikroskop konsultacyjny z torem wizyjnym - 2 kpl.
Pakiet 3 Mikroskop zabiegowy z torem wizyjnym - 1 kpl.
Pakiet 4 Kabina ciszy - 2 kpl.
- na warunkach określonych w Projekcie umowy, stanowiącym odpowiednio Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ.
