Description

On the basis of the 15/2024 Technical Report / study of the Municipal Health Directorate of the Municipality of Ilida (approved by Decision No 244/2024 of the Municipal Committee) concerning the supply of liquid fuels to meet the needs of vehicles owned by the Municipality and its Legal Entities incorporated in the Municipality of Ilida, as well as the heating needs of the buildings of the Municipality and its Legal Entities incorporated in the Municipality of Ilida for two years. The subject of the contract is the supply of: •unleaded petrol (estimated value 30.768,00€, plus VAT LOT-1) and diesel (estimated value 374.440,00€, plus VAT LOT-2) (Section/Group 1 G-LOT-1), as well as •heating oil (estimated value 151.523,54€, plus VAT) (Section/Group 2 LOT-3). Tenders shall be submitted for Lot/Group 1 (both lines/LOTs) or Lot/Group 2 or both Lots/Groups. In other words, an economic operator may submit a tender only in Lot/Group 1 or only in Lot/Group 2 or in Lot/Group 1 and in Lot/Group 2. The maximum number of DEPARTMENTS/GROUPS that can be awarded to one tenderer is set at two, i.e. the same economic operator can take over both DEPARTMENTS/GROUPS (all 3 LOTS) with corresponding contracts. For valid participation in the procedure for the conclusion of this contract, a letter of guarantee of participation of EUR 4 052.08 for SECTION/GROUP 1 and/or EUR 1 515.24 for SECTION/GROUP 2 shall be submitted by the participating economic operators.
