Description

Processing of cheques eligible for the voucher image exchange procedure, from their dematerialisation to the processing of related return operations (rejections and fax requests). The contract also includes a long-term archiving service. The contract is divided into 7 lots:
Lots 1 to 4: Processing by dematerialisation province.
Lot 1: North.
16 departments.
Approximately 16.2 million cheques processed per year for a total amount of around EUR 10.1 billion.
Lot 2: West.
22 departments.
Approximately 22.3 million cheques processed per year for a total amount of approximately EUR 11.2 billion.
Lot 3: Is.
30 departments.
Approximately 21.1 million cheques processed per year for a total amount of approximately EUR 11.5 billion.
Lot 4: South.
27 departments.
Approximately 21.1 million cheques processed per year for a total amount of approximately EUR 12.0 billion.
Lot 5: Treatment by reconciliation IC Client
Approximately 61 million cheques processed in customer cheques per year for an amount of EUR 27.0 billion and 35 000 cheques by dematerialisation for a total amount of approximately EUR 5.0 million.
Lot 6: processing by dematerialisation Paris
Approximately 4.8 million cheques processed per year for a total amount of approximately EUR 1.4 billion.
Lot 6 is broken down into 3 units:
— 1 fixed tranche (TF) for the processing of small cheques and the setting up of a back-up system for the physical exchange of cheques (CEPC) service for the presentation and physical reception of cheques at the CEPC,
— 2 conditional instalments (TC1 and TC2) relating to the installation of the emergency solution for the CEPC service, including the reconciliation of cheques by the contractor.
Lot 7: long-term archiving
Collection of data history from providers (1.9 billion cheques)
Archiving of photos of documents and facsimile processing (DTC)
Lots 1 to 5, the fixed part of lot 6 and lot 7 consist of two stages, a development and testing period and an operational execution period.
