Description

Valoarea estimată a achiziției pentru prestarea serviciilor de curățenie este: 2.131.129,44 lei RON (fără TVA)(conform anexa A) pentru intervalul 01.05.2022-31.12.2022) şi se compune din contravaloarea estimată, lunară a prestării de servicii de curăţenie (manoperă) și din valoarea estimată a materialelor de curățenie solicitate conform caietului de sarcini.Contractul poate fi prelungit pentru primele 4 luni din anul 2023, funcție de alocatiile bugetare.Valoarea estimata pentru optiunea de prelungire pentru cele 4 luni din anul 2023 este de 1.065.564,72 lei(fără TVA) , valoarea totala estimata pentru 12 luni , respectiv 01.05.2022-30.04.2023, este de 3.196.694,16 lei(fără TVA) .Valoarea estimată lunară a contractului a fost calculată funcţie de preturile de piaţă a materialelor solicitate prin prezentul caiet de sarcini, funcţie de salariile persoanelor de curăţenie şi de cheltuielile cu regia a operatorului economic ce cuprinde şi profitul acestuia.
Termenul limita pana la care se vor solicita clarificari este de 14 zile , inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor .Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod complet la solicitarile de clarificari /informatii suplimentare cu10 zile inainte de termenul pentru depunerea ofertelor.
