Description

Der Landkreis Harburg beabsichtigt, die Dächer und Fassaden des Schulzentrums Hittfeld in Seevetal in drei Bauabschnitten zu sanieren. - 1. Bauabschnitt: Gymnasium - 2. Bauabschnitt: Sporthalle Gymnasium - 3. Bauabschnitt: IGS Die vorgesehenen Maßnahmen umfassen im Wesentlichen die energetische Sanierung und Modernisierung der Gebäudehülle. Hierzu zählen neben der Erneuerung der Dächer und Fassaden inkl. Fenster auch die Entfernung von nicht statisch erforderlichen Betonelementen der Außenfassaden. Der Objektplaner soll Leistungen ab der Leistungsphase 1 erbringen.
