Within the framework of the procurement, the sexual violence crisis support service is purchased, i.e. the provision of medical and primary psychosocial assistance necessary for a victim who has experienced sexual violence due to sexual violence (hereinafter also services) at a health care institution. Crisis support for sexual violence is a victim support service pursuant to the Victim Support Act (hereinafter OAS), the purpose of which is to provide a victim of sexual violence with necessary medical assistance and primary psychosocial assistance due to sexual violence in order to contribute to the physical and psychosocial recovery of the victim. According to the OAS, a victim of sexual violence (hereinafter victim) is a person with regard to whom sexual acts have been performed without his or her consent or who has been forced to perform sexual acts with a third person or who has been sexually abused.
