Description

3.1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of orthopaedic tiles/materials together with the provision of an instrumentarium for SP ZOZ w Łęcznej for an operating unit within 24 hours of the order being placed. The supplies shall be carried out from Monday to Friday at the Contractor’s expense. If the delivery falls on a non-working day, delivery will take place on the first working day after the due date.
The Contracting Authority will set up a bank of materials forming the subject-matter of the contract, which will be owned by the Contractor and will be subject to successive replenishment by the Contractor as soon as the Contracting Authority uses the type of material in question.
3.2 A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is provided in the price form, which forms Annex 2 to the ToR.
3.3. The entire range of products should be granted marketing authorisations in Poland. The contracting authority shall allow the possibility of submitting a declaration confirming the possession of the relevant document.
