For the 22 kV voltage level of the MAVIR Szolnok substation 400/220/132/22 kV, it is necessary to connect to one 20/60 MW/MWh energy storage network in order to allow the grid connection of the weather-dependent (day) power plants installed in the area without any other grid intervention. The tenderer is responsible for the turnkey preparation and installation of the energy storage system, which includes and covers the full licensing tasks of the energy storage (including their grid connection), construction design, manufacturing, procurement, testing, delivery, storage and surveillance of components, site management, land-use planning, installation of equipment, quality assurance, commissioning, training of the operator and maintenance personnel, the provision of complete documentation in Hungarian and English (which must include installation, operation and maintenance instructions for equipment), completion of commissioning, schedules and progress reports. The tenderer must draw up a quality assurance plan for each sub-assembly, detailing the quality measurements to be carried out on the sub-assemblies. The tasks and requirements are detailed in the procurement technical specifications.
