Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa produktów leczniczych:
1) stosowanych w ramach programów lekowych (stanowiących Części zamówienia od nr 1 do nr 33),
2) stosowanych w ramach chemioterapii (stanowiących Części zamówienia od nr 34 do nr 37),
3) szczepionki przeciw grypie na sezon 2023/2024 (stanowiącą Część zamówienia nr 38),
szczegółowo opisanych w Załączniku nr 2A do SWZ (Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym), który stanowi jej integralną część.
