Description

Südwestrundfunk (SWR) operates safety critical systems designed to protect the internal network from internet access. The effectiveness of protection measures depends to a considerable extent on the administration and maintenance of the systems used. Internal IT resources do not cover the time involved and the necessary in-depth product-specific knowledge. For this reason, the systems concerned are to be supervised by specialists within a managed security service on site on several days a week. The activity involves both traditional farm maintenance and typical application support and monitoring.
