The Reception and Population Department wants to have a new software application available for managing population registers, civil status records, aliens files, the polio register and related administrative processes. The assignment includes the delivery, implementation, maintenance and support of an integrated software solution for civil matters. This is a SaaS solution that offers the procured government maximum relief in terms of: management, updates and security. In addition, we note that files become more complex and often overlap between different domains (civil status, foreigners, etc.) where this used to be much more often separate from each other. Consequently, it is opportune that it is about a total package so that there can be much more flexible work within the service domain.
