Description

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg (SBH) and GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg (GMH), supervise the development, construction and operation of sports and special properties for the Free Hanseatic City of Hamburg. GMH considers real estate holistically, taking into account the economic relationships between construction investment and operating costs. In doing so, the FHH's climate protection goals as well as the accessibility requirements and the special interests of users are taken into account. In this activity, SBH/GMH was commissioned with the project management for the renovation of 5 school sports halls at different locations in Hamburg.
