Description

For the Campus & Facilities department, Energy team we are looking for a Strategic advisor/project manager Elektra. One candidate may be nominated per provider. You will play the role of strategic advisor and project manager Elektra for the energy supply and the (future) own electricity grid of Utrecht University. The role is at the intersection of technology, economics, legislation and decision-making and focuses on translating strategic energy and sustainability objectives into integrated, concrete and achievable solutions, including PV installations, battery storage (BESS), energy management systems (EMS (RTI)), emergency power and the acquisition, development and design of the medium-voltage grid. You are expected to be able to fully oversee these complex energy systems and effectively connect technical content, business cases and organizational interests.
