The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a global service provider of international cooperation for sustainable development. The DIGITS (Digital Transformation and IT Solutions) division supports GIZ's departments and staff offices in making their processes and central cross-organizational business processes effective and economical through modern information and communication technologies. GIZ uses Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure cloud services as well as hybrid and local Microsoft components as part of its central IT services. To support the availability, stability and continuous operational readiness of these systems, services of Microsoft Unified Enterprise Support are to be procured.
