Description

Es ist die Einführung eines neuen und zukunftsfähigen Vertriebshintergrundsystems (VGHS) im ÖPNV angedacht. Die Leistungen beinhalten die Beschaffung von Software, Dienstleistungen zur Implementierung der Prozesse im Zusammenspiel mit der Software und der Hardwareausstattung der externen Vorverkaufsstellen für den ÖPNV-Ticketverkauf im RVV Verbundgebiet.
Der Auftragsumfang beinhaltet:
Software für den ÖPNV Ticketverkauf incl. Dienstleistungen zur Installation und Prozesseinrichtung
Hardware für ca. 145 Kassensysteme an Standard PC, Tablet-Lösungen und All-in-One PC, ca.135 Fahrscheindrucker, Signierpads und Kundendisplays sowie Terminals zur Kartenzahlung. Die Umsetzung erfolgt im Zeitraum des Rahmenvertrags in Stufen.
