The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 15 000 000.00 (in words: fifteen million zlotys 00/100) to cover the planned budget deficit of the Pruszków District in 2024, on the terms set out in this VTZ and Annex A – draft provisions of the agreement, without a separate loan application by the Borrower. Loan period: 61 months, i.e. until 31 December 2029. The loan will be activated once – at the borrower’s request. The starting point of credit (making the loan available to the borrower) – on the day following the signature of the contract, provided that the borrower has provided security for the loan in the form of a promissory note together with a promissory note declaration. For determining the loan price and drawing up the offer, the starting point of credit should be 27.12.2024. The date of actual starting of credit is set at the date of award of the contract.The deadline for the final disbursement of the loan is 31 December 2024.
