Description

Das zu sanierende Parkhaus befindet sich am Flughafen Franz-Josef-Strauß in München und wurde 1992 erbaut. Die Baumaßnahme bezieht sich auf das Parkhaus P20 Terminalstraße Mitte in 85356 München-Flughafen. Rückbau der alten Beschichtung und Einbau einer funktionsfähigen Beschichtung sowie einer Überbeschichtung in Teilbereichen der Parkebenen PE02 bis PE06 innerhalb der vorgegebenen Bauabschnitte und unter Berücksichtigung der festgelegten Zeitschiene; Wiederherstellung aller notwendigen Fahrbahnmarkierungen; Umsetzung einer entsprechenden malerischen Instandsetzung in diesen Teilbereichen; Rückbau und Einbau von vorhandenen TGA-Einbauten (Regeneinläufe); Rückbau und Einbau von vorhandenen Dehnfugenprofilen in den Sanierungsbereichen; Herstellung von Aufkantungen für die bestehenden Feuerwehrkästen. Die Maßnahme ist in zwei Bauabschnitte geteilt. Der erste Bauabschnitt erfolgt 08/ 2025 - 11/ 2025; der. zweite Bauabschnitt vom 03/ 2026 - 11/ 2026.
