Description

In terms of meeting the objectives and resulting action plans of SLOVAKIA TRAVEL, the organization of presentational and professional events (professional conferences and working meetings, press conferences, presentations, B2C events for the public, and other events) is a key marketing tool for reaching the Slovak professional and general public, but especially foreign source markets. The aim of the PP is to provide comprehensive professional services for the organization of events of various kinds intended for Slovak and foreign participants, for B2B and B2C audiences, for representatives of the media, travel agencies, tourism entities, state and public institutions, organizations and for the general public. Individual events will be held during the specified period for the needs of several departments of SLOVAKIA TRAVEL. The aim is to provide services and conditions for the presentation of Slovakia as a tourist destination in Slovakia and abroad. The subject of contracts awarded under the individual categories of the dynamic purchasing system will be the comprehensive provision of events according to the requirements of the contracting authority on the territory of the Slovak Republic, in the countries of the European Union and in non-European countries.
