Under the contract will be carried out: the development of technical documentation (DTAC, DTOE, PT, DDE and technical assistance from the designer) and the execution of construction works in order to achieve the objective "EXTENSION AND MODERNIZATION OF CRAIOVA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT". The Technical Execution Project will be verified, through the care of the Entrepreneur, according to the legal provisions, for the quality requirements of specialists - attested by the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Housing under the law; B. Technical assistance services from the designer during the execution of the works (including determining phases and changes to the project if necessary). C. Execution of works for the following investment objects Objective 1 – Passenger terminal Objective 2 – Parking, access roads and photovoltaic power plant Objective 3 – Layering of the runway lane and safety area (RESA) Objective 4 – Layering of the taxiway lane Objective 5 – Securing of buried protective surfaces Objective 6 – Security perimeter fence Objective 7 – Access roads and technological roads Objective 8 – Anti-slurry platforms Objective 9 – Access and control points Objective 10 – Isolated parking position for aircraft in crisis situations, acts of unlawful interference (APRON 2) Objective 11 – APRON 3 aircraft defrosting platform Objective 12 – APRON 4 embarkation and disembarkation platform Objective 13 – Alfa taxiway (TWY A) Objective 14 – Foxtrot (TWY) Fhandling equipment Item 15 – Attachment Area 18 – Aircraft at the airport border 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, requests for clarifications will be sent to SICAP. Deadline for replying to clarifications: on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. If the economic operators request clarifications, they shall be transmitted exclusively in SICAP in electronic format, signed with extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider, the contracting entity not to comply with the requests addressed by another means of communication. Any reply to requests for clarifications or any amendment issued by the contracting authority will be part of the Award Documentation and will be communicated to all those interested through SICAP, using the interface www.sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro.
