Hankittava palvelu sisältää terveysasemapalveluiden järjestämisen Pusulan, Sammatin ja Karjalohjan terveysasemien vastuuväestölle ja asukkaille, jotka sopimuskauden kuluessa valitsevat terveysasemakseen palveluntuottajan terveysaseman (voivat olla lohjalaisia tai muualta Suomesta Terveydenhuoltolain hoitopaikan valintaa koskevien säännösten perusteella).
Sopimuskausi on 1.3.2018-31.12.2019 palvelutuotannon hyväksytystä käyttöönotosta. Palvelutuotannon käyttöönottopäivä on 1.3.2018.
Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimuskautta yhdellä (1) optiovuodella.
