Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for cell biology and antibodies under a framework contract divided into 8 parts for the Łukasiewicz Research Network - PORT of the Polish Centre for Technology Development. 2. The Contracting Authority will award, on the basis of framework contracts concluded as a result of the outcome of the Procedure, contracts for the supply of reagents and antibodies necessary to carry out research tasks within the framework of its own resources and projects implemented by the Contracting Authority. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, together with the requirements of the Ordering Party in relation to the subject-matter of the contract, is set out in Annex 2 to the FTZ – Valuation Form and in Annex 3 to the FTZ – model contract.
