The municipalities in the procurement co-operation in Nord-Østerdalen shall enter into framework agreements for architect and consultant services.
The following disciplines are requested:
ARK + LARK, RIB, RIBR, RIE, RIV, RIVA, geo-technics, construction management, surveying services and planning works.
The Contracting Authority shall enter up to 3 parallel framework agreement for each disciplines.
