Description

This consultation concerns a project management contract for the construction works of the Nogent nursery school on Vernisson (45).
The programme of the operation provides for the construction of the nursery school, on the elementary school site, with new works: 4 classrooms, a motor skills room, a hygiene room, a rest room, a teaching and ATSEM centre, and ancillary rooms. The project also includes the creation of the associated support areas, as well as the refurbishment of outdoor areas (courses, preau, sports plateau, flow and access management, car parks, landscaping, demolition of pavilions, etc.).
