Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to enable Resah, acting, on the one hand, as a central purchasing body within the meaning of Article L. 2113-2-2° of the Code and, on the other hand, for the purposes of its own activities relating to the implementation of its cooperation activities, to acquire national maintenance services including preventive, corrective and curative maintenance and servicing of all types of automatic closing systems (automatic doors, gates, winding grilles, lifting barriers, and other similar equipment), generically referred to as "automatics" under the Contract, any brand and associated services. Among the services covered by the Contract, there are so-called recurring services remunerated according to a level of service retained by the Beneficiary and so-called one-off services ordered, when the need arises, by the issue of an order form.
